The warmest month is July +17,3 °С above zero, the coldest one is January -6,3 °С below zero. The average perennial sum of precipitation - 696,7 mm, in different years varies from 509,3 to 980,4 mm. The most rainy month is July - 89 mm. The greatest amount of precipitation (average 375,0 mm) falls down during the warm period (from May to September), fluctuating through the years from 154.1 to 681.5 mm.
The absolute air humidity is minimum during winter period, i.e. from 0.5 to 0.7 mb. Since March it increases abruptly (from 3.1 to 5.8 mb) during April to July. In June the vapour resilience reaches its maximum, i.e. 6.0 mb, then it seizes again.
First snow appears in October - November, strong snow cover sets in the mid or late November, melts late in March.
